Claims line: (555) 018-2411
Answered any hour, any day. For emergencies, make sure everyone is safe and call us as soon as you can.
Four steps, and we're with you for all of them
Report it
Call, email, or use the online form any time. You reach a person, not a queue.
We open the file
Your agent notifies the carrier the same day and sends you a claim number in writing.
We advocate
We follow up with the adjuster, track deadlines, and push back when something looks wrong.
You're made whole
Payment is issued, we confirm the claim closed correctly, and we make sure your renewal is fair.
Have these handy if you can
Don't let a missing detail stop you from reporting — call first, gather the rest after. But these speed things up:
Your policy number
On your ID card, declarations page, or any email we've sent you.
When and where
The date, time, and location of what happened, as best you know it.
Photos, if safe
Pictures of the damage and the scene help the adjuster move faster.
What people ask us most
Will filing a claim raise my rates?
Not always — it depends on the type of claim, your history, and the carrier. We'll tell you honestly before you file whether a small claim is worth submitting or better paid out of pocket.
Who pays the adjuster?
The carrier assigns and pays the adjuster. Our job is to make sure the adjuster has what they need and that their findings are fair to you.
How long does a claim take?
Simple auto and property claims often resolve in a couple of weeks; larger losses take longer. We keep you updated at every step rather than leaving you to chase an answer.
What if my claim is denied?
We review the denial with you, explain the reason in plain terms, and — where there's a case — help you appeal with the documentation the carrier needs.
